IDEA
There is always a gap, some ideas that could potentially be of use to target audience that might be missing in what competitors offers.
SEED
Initial stage of startup is Seed Funding that helps a new business begin and establish its idea before the company starts generating revenues or until further investment is required.
PRE REVENUE
Pre-revenue stage means having a prototype product but may not yet be generating revenue. It's just like a beta testing a product or service & evaluating the funding options that will take business to the next level.
POST REVENUE
In this stage company has already started to generate a revenue. It refers to how much the company is worth to get the money & investments into it. It includes outside financing or the latest capital injection.
PROFIT/GROWTH
During this stage, a startup has reached the level of having a consistent customer base & income. Funding at this stage is also crucial, either to cover the necessary changes or to continue onto the next step.
